Hale Rose Queen from 1967 Angela Martinelli has written to Hale Village Online,, passing on her best wishes, for Saturdays Village Carnival.
Hello to all the Hale Villagers!
Just dropping you a line to say I hope you all have a wonderful time at the carnival on Saturday and the weather is kind to you.Unfortunately I can’t be there this year but I will be thinking of you all and remembering how welcome you made me feel on my visit in 2007.

P.S. Sadly I noticed an obituary in the daily Post today for George Poynton-Freeman of Hale. I would like to pass on my condolences to his family at this sad time.
