Some clowns around Hale?

I thought clowns where only restricted to speeding up and down the High Street in their vehicles, on motorbikes or not picking their dogs excrement up… But surprisingly,, I bumped into this well mannered colourful chap on the High Street on Saturday (12th September), looking for his coat in his car.
He was doing a kids party in the Village Hall…..
