Tipped Up Planter

The 3 planters that are in front of the shops, seem to have escaped any form of vandalism for at least over 18 months now, that is apart from Tuesday night, when one of them was tipped up.
Wednesday morning presented villagers with an up-turned planter on the pavement in front of the shops.
